Award Winning Web Design
It's always nice when your work is appreciated. Whether it's a
simple "thanks", "you're awesome" or a full-on, feet-off-the-ground
bear hug we always like to know that the attention to detail and
extra effort we put into our work means as much to our clients as
it does to us.
So when we heard that we had won an award for the design of one
of our websites it left us with a nice warm feeling inside...
Every year in Copenhagen, web designers and developers who use
the increasingly popular Umbraco platform gather for 3 days of
insight, banter and all-round geekery at the ever-expanding Codegarden
conference.
Leading up to Codegarden web agencies from around the world
enter websites built on the Umbraco platform into the annual
Umbraco awards.
Entries are divided into 3 categories:
- Best Technical Solution
- Best Designed Site
- Best Integration
Although we weren't able to attend Codegarden this year we were
extremely pleased to hear that one of our Umbraco based websites
had one the overall award in the Best Designed Site category.
Peter Gregory from Umbraco told
us:
"The Best Design category was the most contested category of the
awards. After reviewing dozens of entries it was narrowed
down to a final three nominees and Livingroom.gg came out on top! We
loved the attention to detail and that the site worked across all
devices through its responsive layout. We also liked how you
used current web trends in the correct way and not just to be...
trendy :) Well done!"
